The attached file i saw when im going to answer a ticket on the sistem support portal, the attached file be on below the coment, but no recive too on the email notification
the rate star doesnt work too. i try on your demo and doesnt work the stars

If you are using our latest version then these issues should not appear.

The File Attachement doesnt send. i recive the email but without image .png and .jpg
in case for (word) is doc ? correct ?
