When trying to create ticket or viewing tickets, the right pane is blank for a logged in user.
Practically the plugin is unusable for me. Created a ticket 20 hours ago. Didn’t get a response yet.

Our support timings are from Monday to Friday ( 10AM to 6PM IST ).
Also, I can see that your support has been expired but still we have replied to your ticket today itself. Please check.
