pre order doubt:

Does a agent can open a ticket for a customer that is not registered yet?

Can a agent create a “customer username” so he could open the ticket and inform the customer that he can follow up at the ticket system, with the credentials x and y… etc..

Im worried that my customers wont enjoy having to create a username in ticket system.

Hello there, just found out that i do can create a user for the customer, by typing his mail. Then he will receive infomation about login.

This bring me another doubt: the email that is received (that i mentioned), can i translate it? Will it come from where? I need it to be sent from my domain.

Can i customize all emails that are sent to the customer?

Yes, you can customize emails send to customer and agents by going to our Customize Email section in plugin settings.
