Unfortunately, we do not have a holiday notice or response module in the current version but the good news is that this module is in our pipeline for future updates down the line.
For the now the best you can do is add some text in the Emails that are sent when a tickets is created or commented by customizing the email templates from our Customize Email Messages section in the plugin settings.
Or, you can put a highligted text on the homepage of the ticket portal, when the user is not logged in.
I’m going on my holiday soon; and would like my customers to know ticket response time is delayed due to that. Is there an easy of adding a notice on top ‘Holiday from .. until .. ’ for example. Or do you have another tip? Many thanks in advance.
