Tickets are Duplicated

I’m running version 1.4.2 and am having lots of issues with it. We thought we had installed the best, but can’t solve ongoing problems.

First, every ticket is duplicated. When a ticket is created, we actually get 2 or 3 tickets that are identical.

Second, logging in is intermittent. when my support tech gets an email that there is a new ticket, they click the link in the notification email, it takes them to the web site log in page. We have to actually log in to the admin section, go back to the front page to click ‘Support’, load the support page and only after Reloading the support ticket page, can we see the tickets.

We have WordPress 4.3 at this time.

Very frustrated here. We are getting ready to search for another support ticket system.
