Pre sale questions:
I have tested the demo site, and i can’t upload files (even if they are smaller than 5mb), any bug or is just with the demo?
Can i upgrade the files maximum size?
Can i change, or create custom fields for the new ticket area?

1. It must be the demo site only, you can try the file upload on our live support portal by creating a demo ticket at http://support.cssjockey.com/
2. The maximum size depends on the maximum size specified for the WordPress. So it would be equal to whatever upload size has been set for the WordPress installation and you can change the text 5MB to anything.
3. We cannot change the default fields on creating new ticket area but we can add custom fields to it.
