congratulations CSSJockey for making such a useful plugin, i was planing to start my support system with ticksy.com but after looking at your plugin i have decided to go for my self hosted solution.
i have gone through all previous comments and i can understand that you a have a long list of items for the new version.
i need a support system with-in a month as i am planning to release my first theme on themeforest. can you please give an idea as by when you can release the latest version? so that i can plan my schedule.
