Can the new ticket form be customized to add/remove fields?
Is there a way for guests to submit tickets? Ideally I’d like guests (people not logged in) to be able to submit a ticket and then later view the ticket by entering its ID number into a search form.

Hi, you can add/remove custom fields in the form and you can try this on a demo site at http://cssjockey.net.
Guest tickets are not supported with current version, however, we plan to include this feature in upcoming versions.
