Can all tickets, on the left side bar be hidden from the client, except the one that is created by the client himself?
By ‘Woocommerce’ integration do you actually mean that the client can make the payment for the support (and it will appear in his dashboard)?

The client will only see the ticket created by himself. All tickets will be only visible to the admin or if a ticket has been made public.
By WooCommerce we mean that all the products created under WooCommerce will be imported as the products for support, so that the client may choose which product he needs support for. It has nothing to do with payment.
